Membership Terms

What membership gives you

A paid fan club membership gives you access to exclusive content — unreleased music, private video, behind-the-scenes photography and artist updates — plus a discount on merchandise and early access to tickets, according to your tier. What each tier includes is set out on the membership page.

Billing and automatic renewal

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You choose monthly or yearly billing when you join, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, in US dollars, charged by Stripe.

• Monthly memberships renew on the same day each month.
• Yearly memberships renew on the anniversary of the day you joined.
• We email you a receipt after every payment.
• If a price ever changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from your account, in a couple of clicks and without contacting us. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not pro-rate partial periods. Exclusive content you downloaded while a member is yours to keep; streaming access ends with the membership.

Refunds on memberships

Membership payments are generally non-refundable, because access is granted immediately. If you were charged in error, or something went wrong, email us and we will put it right.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and we email you. If it still cannot be collected, the membership lapses and exclusive access ends. You can rejoin at any time.

Content and conduct

Exclusive content is licensed to you for your own personal enjoyment. Please do not share, re-upload or redistribute it. Accounts found sharing member content or login details may be suspended without a refund.

Changes to the benefits

We may add to or change what a tier includes. We will not materially reduce what you are getting during a period you have already paid for.
