Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by 29 Skyy Entertainment, an independent record label based in Atlanta, Georgia. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has shipped. If something is priced or described incorrectly, or is out of stock, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Prices and sales tax

All prices are in US dollars and are shown before sales tax, as US retail prices normally are. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown separately before you pay. Shipping is added at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for rates.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and the wallets Stripe supports. Card details never reach our servers.

Digital downloads and streaming

Digital purchases and member content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, re-upload or redistribute them. Download links expire after the period shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

All music, artwork, video, photography, text and design on this site belongs to 29 Skyy Entertainment or our licensors. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used fraudulently.

Reviews and submissions

Product reviews are moderated. We remove anything abusive, off-topic or dishonest. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, and the state and federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
