Your Privacy Choices
Tell us not to sell or share your personal information, and see the other rights you have under California and other US state privacy laws.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising and analytics cookies that, under California law, can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Opting out switches those off and clears the cookies they have already set.
Opting out does not stop us using the information we need to run your account, process your orders, ship your merchandise or answer your messages.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically, on every visit and every device that sends it. That is the most reliable way to make the choice stick.
Your other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, and why.
- Access a copy of it in a portable format.
- Delete it, subject to the records we are legally required to keep.
- Correct anything about you that is inaccurate.
- Limit how we use sensitive personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights — you will get the same prices and the same service either way.
The quickest way to exercise the first four is from your account privacy page, where you can download your data or request deletion directly. You can also email privacy@29skyyent.com.
We respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and an authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission.
Where these rights apply
These rights come from state privacy laws including those of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota and Maryland. We extend the same choices to everyone who visits, wherever you live — it is simpler than treating people differently, and fairer.
