Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard in two clicks. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and only charges the difference. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep your current benefits until then.
